So finally we reach the final part of this much acclaimed trilogy, but conceivably its at this point that the adaptation would either succeed or fail. Unlikely given the quality of the previous two films but a possibility none the less.

Going out for a meal with your old mates from school is surely a thing you do when your old… oh bugger!

It was a great day (once me and Nash finally got to Cannock - thanks to Jon!) and really nice catching up with Ellen and Simon too.

What a fantastic ending to a great series - made even better by the fact that Tim and Dawn got it together (kind of model my own life on that relationship!). Sadly there will be no more episodes, but then David Brent couldn’t get any worse… could he?
